Introducing the NEW Sound Alchemy Sessions!

In our Sound Immersions, you relax and let the music wash over you. Well, not in these Sound Alchemy sessions! Think of this as more like a workshop. You are going to be diving in, shifting your energy, realigning, releasing, and receiving! Like really doing it.

Here’s how it is going down:

1. Discussion. We’ll talk about the theme and pre-work, getting clear on the things we’ll be releasing and receiving. 2. The Releasing. Sound + breathwork + visualization + call and response.
3. The Receiving. Sound + breathwork + visualization + call and response.
4. Processing. We’ll discuss how it went and how you are feeling before closing out.

Pretty simple! So the key difference is YOUR participation. And the laser focus of releasing and receiving. You will be letting go of the things that you pinpoint as difficult for you, and receiving the things that you pinpoint as things you want in your life.

Other things to know -

- You will be sitting on the floor instead of laying down. But please still bring things like blankets, pillows, etc. so that you are comfortable.

- Please bring some water or a drink, as you will not only be releasing but also repeating back words and phrases during certain parts of the session.

- The prework worksheet is there to help you focus down on what you will be releasing and what you will be receiving. In the group sessions, we will take everyone’s responses into account.

- These sessions are approximately 1 hour long, with about 45 minutes of it being with the singing bowls and other instruments. The rest of the time is for discussion and processing.

- You will be sharing this experience with others, so please be courteous because there is limited space. Event Fee $25

About Our Certified Immersion Specialist -


Shelby Melissa is a power house and the Intuition Queen! She is an Usui Reiki Master, meaning the divine energy of reiki is infused through every part of the immersion and she provides a wealth of energetic knowledge.

As a Masters of Social Work grad, she has been specially trained in holding safe, validating, and non-judgemental space. In 2016, she became a Certified Metaphysical Practitioner adding to her knowledge of energy and crystals.

In September of 2018, Shelby completed her Sound Healing Alchemist Practitioner Training and Certification.
